The consolidation plan provides for three main aspects of freeing up space in the “old” territory. This is the relocation of industrial areas, their cooperation (unification) and liquidation. Only three small auxiliary areas are being liquidated - their functionality is being outsourced.

The process of consolidating the production capacity of KMZ PJSC at one industrial site will not affect the production of elevators and elevator equipment. After the “relocation”, the production facilities of KMZ will allow the production of more than 10,000 elevators for various purposes annually.
