Modern jewelry production is mainly represented by the same technological processes as metallurgical and metalworking production. Jewelry factories are introducing computer technologies (for example, 3D modeling of jewelry) and high-tech operations (the use of centrifugal wax casting molds, mechanized soldering in ovens with a protective atmosphere, diamond cutting, electrochemical polishing, high-gloss gold galvanizing, ultrasonic processing of precious stones ).

Despite the fact that Russia is one of the largest producers of platinum and platinoids, most jewelry factories are not equipped with the necessary equipment for the production of platinum products. How jewelry is made

Customers can place an order in person by coming to the Nota-Gold workshop, located in Moscow at the address: Sushchevsky Val Street, 43, building 2, or remotely online. An agreement must be concluded, which specifies the agreed terms and technical characteristics of the product. Then the jewelers will develop a sketch, create a 3D model of the future jewelry, and send it to the client for approval. Only after the final approval of the layout and an advance payment of 50% is the product put into production. The remaining amount is paid upon receipt of the completed order.

My material was provided, that is, gold, + I ordered Sapphire stones from them, when the order was agreed upon, 4 Sapphires were announced, diameter 4 * 4 and clarity and color 2/2. During a home inspection of the cross, defects were found; on the edge of the cross there were uneven finishes that could be felt even to the touch of a finger, and even more so were visible through a magnifying glass. Question. How could the craftsmen even approve of giving such work to the client? The truth is now about the positive. I arrived and brought the cross the next day after receiving it, without question they admitted their mistakes in processing the cross and took it away for reworking, they redid everything within the specified period at the expense of the company (well, or the craftsman who messed up, it doesn’t matter to me) and returned it to the client.
